These 11 locations keep a fixed round-the-clock shop schedule (00:00–00:00 in FarmaGuardia). They are not the rotating night-duty roster — they stay open every day of the year.

In Málaga city centre the landmark spot is on Alameda Principal (corner of Calle Larios). Along the Costa del Sol you’ll also find permanent 24-hour service in Marbella, San Pedro de Alcántara, Fuengirola and Torremolinos. Everywhere else, after closing time you rely on the localon-duty pharmacy.
